Return Policy

Items must be returned within 30 days - no returns are accepted after 30 days from purchase date. Product must be in new, unused condition (no pet hair, odors, signs of wear, etc.) with tags in place. Replacement items for exchanges are not guaranteed to be in stock. If not available a credit will be issued. Once we receive a return, it usually takes us 2-3 weeks to process your order and either credit your account or ship your exchange. Your credit card company may require up to an additional 5-7 days to post the credit to your account. To return or exchange an item, just pack the original invoice and gear in a secure package and mail to the address on the bottom of this screen. Note: Ogden Clothing is not responsible for misplaced mail. Please ensure that your package gets to our return address by insuring your return package.  Please indicate on the original invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item.


All items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. No human or pet hair allowed on the merchandise. Items smelling of smoke, cologne, or detergent will not be accepted.  If merchandise appears to be worn, return will not be accepted.  We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise deemed unfit for resale.

 

Backorder Policy

We will contact you via email or phone, should an item you order be on backorder. We shall provide you with an estimate on the shipping time and as well as a means to alter or cancel your order. There are no additional shipping charges on backordered items that are shipped separately from the original order.
